We informed our guide/driver that we like nature spots with a nice scenic walk that is easily enjoyed by both the young and the old, and he brought us to Wu Feng Qi Waterfalls.
There is a trail that leads up to a beautiful view of the waterfalls, and the trail is quite easily managed by both the young and the old (our ages ranged from 3 to 69 years old), and even our little trooper Ms Trois, made it all the way up by herself.
Even at our leisurely pace, with the children giggling and playing around with one another, we made it to the second view point in less than an hour.

There is a warning about slippery paths and falling rocks, but as long as you don’t venture too far off the trail, you should be fine.

The weather was excellent – we visited in October, hence it was a cooling 20℃, which made the walk very pleasant. The children enjoyed the walk up as they yakked away about random things.

Here’s my dad, all 69 years old of him, enjoying the walk too.

We did stray just very lightly off the path to take some nice photos, because the view was just so beautiful.

Even the two little ones (3 & 4 years old) had no problems walking the trail, which was largely paved and even.

Expect some steps, because it’s an ascending trail, but the climb was very manageable.

More walking…

When you reach the second checkpoint, you will be treated to a beautiful view of the waterfall.

We took the opportunity to take lots of pictures!
